2009 Contests

The band is looking forward to the 2008- 2009 season. We have strong musical leadership from Pipe Major Angus MacPherson and our new lead drummer, Cam Dodson. We are looking forward to great things from this young and talented group. The drum corps consists of eleven sides, four tenors and a bass. Cam Dodson took over the drum section in July and has done a great job as lead drummer. We have introduced some new players to the tenor corps and have Randi Otto playing bass. The band hopes to improve on the accomplishments of last season. We will field a large and talented pipe section this year. Our rookie players from last year will be vets for the coming season. We are looking forward to the 2009 season. We plan to compete at all the local games and go to Scotland this year for the 2009 Worlds.
